My commissions are non-refundableBefore Commission* A visual reference is required for your characters. It is not required to have a reference sheet, but a clear and flat colored image will suffice.* My commissions are first come, first serve via Furaffinity. If you are interested in commissioning me while my queue is full, you are welcome to message me.* Read the full ToS to make sure that you understand what my terms are.* Please understand that my commissions are non-refundable. Please make sure that you can pay for your order before taking a slot.* My characters from my comic are reserved for Subscribestar patrons only. * SFW of any kind and NSFW from artistic nudity to pornography
* Bondage

* Hard fetishes including violence, non-consensual or illegal acts
* Underaged characters, or characters that look obviously underaged/infantilized
* Macro, Micro, or Inflation
* Hyper body parts such as exaggerated breasts or genitalia or exaggerated body fat
* Animal genitalia
* Feral animals in sexual situations
* Pregnancy, pregnancy fetish, or anything related to risk of pregnancy
* Fanart/Franchise characters. This does not include OC’s that are based on popular media.Payment
* I accept any pay platform. I mainly use Paypal, Payoneer and Airtm.* Payment is always upfront. Your commission will not be started until at least 50% is paid.* Bigger pieces(above 400usd) are available for split payments of two. I do not accept payments that are less than half of the total amount.* YCH’s are always paid upfront and in total. No exceptions.* Payments are to be made in less than 72 hours for your commission to be started.* If more than 3 weeks have passed after you have been informed of your turn and you have not paid, your commission will be declined and your slot will be given to someone else.* YCH’s and pre-pose auctions have a 72hr pay window before they enter resell.* Your commission will not be delivered until your payment is cleared.Commission, what to expect:* If you have not paid for your commission, you can decline your order and come back later. This is no issue.* What you would like in the commission must be provided. You may offer reference images, your own sketches, or a detailed description. You are more than welcome to give me artistic freedom if you are unsure or have nothing in mind.* I will provide you with a sketch before starting on the final work, please let me know of changes you’d like. Once I start the line art, any change will be an additional charge. Any mistakes of my own fault will be changed without charge.* If you would like two versions of your art piece(i.e nsfw version/sfw version), please let me know in advance. A detailed description, images, or references that you would like in the image must be provided or you can allow me artistic freedom to work on the piece.* Complex clothing, armor, sci-fi, machinery, or weapons have an extra charge. Depending on the complexity will depend on the charge. I have the right to refuse if what you are requesting is too complex for my skill.* You will receive images of your commission while I work on it and you are more than welcome to request the progress of your commission. This is optional and you can request to not be sent the progress. Please keep this reasonable, you may ask, but do not spam my direct messages.* If a commission is requested by two or more people, I will talk to one person from this group to manage the commission. This is to avoid any confusion or mistakes. I am not to be held responsible for opinions that are not shared with me. YCH’s are the only exception, each customer will be messaged separately in said situation.* Once paid, your commission will be put in my Trello queue. This is public, so if you wish your commission to be private, please state so beforehand. Your updates will be sent privately through your choice of communication.Turnaround times* I try to complete commissions in less than 5 months. This can vary depending on complexity, and challenges that may arise in real life. If you want to check your commission progress, please feel free to reach out.Posting and Sharing* You have the right to post your commission online at any time with proper credit given to me. You may link any of my art galleries and provide my name.* My commissions are for personal use only. You may not replicate, make merchandise, or sell my artwork for profit.* You are not to edit my art in any way, nor are you to pay other artists to edit my art. If you would like your art edited, I charge a fee that is less than 50% the total value of your commission. Animations are the only things I will not edit.* You are not to hire other artists to draw my OC’s with your characters. Unpaid Fan art made by yourself or friends is allowed.* I reserve all rights to post the finished commission on my platforms, to profit via prints or merchandise in conventions and to include the PSD in my Subscribestar support packs unless you state that you wish your commission to remain private.* YCH auctions, pre-poses, collaborations or any shared art with different parties will be posted in my online galleries. This is non-negotiable.* You are allowed to request the .psd or .csp files of the art that you have purchased.Artists Note:
My days off are Saturday and Sunday. During this time I will not answer messages or mail. If you send a message during this time, I will answer it the following Monday.Thanks for reading!!!
