Age Limit: I don't sell nsfw art to people under the age of 18.
My commissions are not refundableWhat I will draw:I prefer anthropomorphic of course but I will draw human characters as well.• characters of Any gender, including transgender and intersex• Multiple body parts wings, multiple heads, vibrant colours and bizarre designs and effects are not a problem.• Any species, reptiles, fish, mammals, insects or any category of anthropomorphic creature is possible, including humans.• SFW of any kind and NSFW from artistic nude to pornography• bondage.• Sfw action scenes or romantic scenes.What I will NOT draw:• scats/watersports, diapers.• Gore, torture, vore, any hard fetish including violence, non-consensual or illegal acts.• Underage characters or characters that look obviously underage/infantilized.• Macro, micro or inflation fetishes.• Hyper as if gigantic or exaggerated breasts or genitalia. Or exaggerated body fat.• Ferals in sexual situations• Animal genitalia. If we reach a grey-area in this matter -like aliens or fictional animals- everything will lean towards human genitalia.• Pregnancy, pregnancy fetish, or anything related to the idea of risk of pregnancy as a fetish.• Fanart or franchise characters ( Exceptions some Ocs are allowed. for example Pokemon and Pony ocs and cosplay, urban legends and creepypasta, mythology not Marvel etc) you can always ask in case you have an Oc• If you think in something that may be controversial to ask please don't hesitate to contact me.My characters are reserved for Subscribers only. if you're interested in having a commission chance with my characters you can check my subscriber star page where you can join, any tier has allowance of commission.Before asking for a commission:• Please make sure you have visual references for your characters. If I have to create your character from scratch I will charge a separate coloured sketch as a character design. ( see prices page)
Keep in mind that the references shown, don't necessary a ref sheet, must be clear and ideally flat coloured, if you can include different angle references will be great.• If you like to give freedom to the artist I highly appreciate it, since I enjoy more to have autonomy in my pictures than recieving a pre pose or detailed description. However if you want to provide me a hand drawn sketch or a guide, it warms my heart!• These commissions are not refundable, this means that once you paid I can't give your money back if you change your mind, please make sure you want a commission and you are able to pay before claiming a slot without needing the funds after. I don't give back money no matter the reason, even if I haven't started the piece yet.Picture info:• Pictures are full color, you can request black and white or line art only.
You can request coloured sketches and more affordable pictures if you need it, just ask.The pricing depends exclusively on the type of picture finishing, shading and details, alternative versions and additional objects added. More detailed pictures need more work, the amount of body ratio shown in the picture makes no difference in the price.• Pictures are in 3000px in the longest side, png format, 350dpi, bigger sizes can be requested up till 6000 px• You can ask a resized version and one variant with or without body fluids and fluids only, of the same picture without extra charge.• Adding of clothing, props, items, change of expressions of one or more characters have extra charge.· If you want to change a pose or a big portion of the picture, will have an extra charge per character and per change depending on the picture finishing.• You can make all the changes you want at sketch phase without extra charge.• Changes in the picture after the lineart or colouring phases can be discussed. I will charge extra if the change demands to re-draw a big portion of the picture, add an extra character or item.• I will change things that are from my own mistake, or if I missunderstood something, completely free of charge.· Complex clothing, armour or sci-fi, machinery and weapons have an extra charge you can discuss with me, the price range goes from 10usd up depending on complexity. There are outfits and weapons too complex to me to draw and I may refuse doing it, if in doubt you can always ask.-You recieve wips in every step and you can ask for the progress of your picture anytime. If I fail to provide a step for any reason you can always comunicate with me and I will provide it, I will also inform when I missed steps and you'll be able to request any changes.
- You can request not recieve any WIPsFor multiple customers for one Commission:• If the commission is requested by two or more people, I will talk to one designated commissioner and manage everything directed to the designated person for communications, I don't make myself responsible if one of the involved parts didn't voice their opinion about changes on the picture. The non-conforming part must message me personally in case their opinion didn't come through for whatever reason and we can make a change. The only exception of this are YCHs with multiple slots where I usually message each part separately.• I will re-work an already finished picture for a surcharge price. For a really old picture (more than one year) this is not allowed.Payment info:• Paypal/ Payoneer and Airtm are accepted, if you have another payment service you'd like to use let me know.• Payment is always upfront. I won't start the picture until the 50% is paid.• For bigger pieces (above the 400usd) split payments in 50% are allowed (one upfront and the last one upon completion) I won't accept payment in chunk or starting payments that are less of the half of the total ammount. YCHs are an exception of this rule, they are always paid upfront and in total.Workflow:I take commissions first come first serve via Furaffinity, if you are interested in a commission but the slots are complete you can message me-
• If you haven't paid you can decline your commission when I ask for your turn without an issue, and reclaim it later, no matter time and date.
• Once you paid for your commission I put it in the Trello queue **You can check it here **Trello
• The Trello is public for everyone to see, however if you want to keep your commission private you can ask for it and I will not upload images to the Trello card, updates will be only private.
• Updates are made through the personal media of your choice before even the trello Upload , so you don't need to check the page all time, I'll contact you.• I'll contact you once I have a rough sketch or thumbnail to show you a general idea of the commission.• You can contact me anytime for questions and inquiries about your picture.
• I don't offer personal opinions unless asked, sometimes I will offer insight if I consider a change must be made to improve the composition of the picture.• I usually work in more than one commission at the time since I switch progress between one and the other. I like to work in stages with different drawings so my brain can adapt and not suffer image fatigue, also a fresh brain allows me to spot mistakes and correct things easily.
• I try to complete the commissions in a span of less than 5 months but this can vary depending of the complexity of the picture and the challenges that may arise while making it. If you’re in doubt or want to check your commission progress please sent me a private message through the platform stated in your form.• My off days - this includes not answering messages or mails - Saturdays and Sundays. If I receive a message in the weekend I will answer it the very next Monday.Posting and sharing:• You have the right to post your purchased art in any of your online galleries with proper credit given to the artist (me) with a link to any of my art galleries and name.• YOU ARE ALLOWED TO POST THE ART WHENEVER YOU WANT even if I haven't posted it yet, I don't demand my commissioners to wait for me to post.• You are free to use my purchased art as icons, banners, background images and everything pertinent of personal use.• YOU SHALL NOT edit my art in any way, color wise or drawing, and don't pay other artist to edit it without my consent. if you want to render flat pictures or line art I can do it with an extra fee less than the 50% of the total value of the picture. I can edit small details in pictures already finished. Animations are the only exception of this rule.• YOU SHALL NOT use my purchased art for profit, like selling printed copies or merchandise, without my consent.
· YOU SHALL NOT Commission other artists to draw my OCs with yours, this is considered profit use and I don't allow it. Fan art although is completely accepted and encouraged.• I RESERVE ALL MY RIGHTS to post the finished picture in my online galleries, to profit via prints or merch in conventions and in and to include the PSD in my Patreon support packs unless specified by you to not to. In the case of YCH auctions, pre-poses, collaborations or any shared art with different parties the final piece will be posted in my online galleries no exceptions and no matter the objection of any of the participants.• As a commissioner you are allowed to request .psd, Clip studio files or other formats I use, keeping in mind the use of these files as they are stated above.Payment issues:• If you need a time superior to 72 hours to pay for your commission we can discuss it.• A period superior to three weeks after filling the form I will have to decline your commission slot and open it for someone else.
• Exceptions are YCHs and pre-pose auctions that have a window of 72hrs to be paid before they enter the re-sell.• Keep in mind your commission won't be delivered until the payment is cleared. However I can still show you WIPs and sketches.• Commissions are not refundable under any circumstancesTime:• I usually complete my commissions in less than 5 months. In some cases I'm able to complete a picture in the span of a week to a month. Everything depends of the complexity of the picture and the amount of detail involved, how many changes and fixes need to be done, comic delivery times etc. Pictures that are requested during holidays can take even longer, I guarantee communication during these times.• Sometimes I'd ask for some guidance and more details about your picture, this is a natural part of the process and shouldn't be taken a sign of struggle.• I will always message the client with my progress, both contact e-mail and FA username are asked in the form (if you don't want to give your contact email FA notes is fine)• you are ALWAYS free to send me a note, message or email if you think I'm taking too long, and I will explain you the reasons of my delay.
